Job description

1. 承接手机/平板配件产品的结构设计与交付,包括：NUDD识别、疑难问题分析及改进、试产节点追踪、量产及EWP分析、以及售后问题改善等；
2. 负责配件产品结构开发流程及精细化管理流程优化（包括设计、项目管理、项目计划、质量管理、风险管理等）
3. 参与产品、ID及CMF评估,提出专业意见,确保方案可行性,对产品竞争力负责；
4. 配合部门开展配件结构平台建设相关工作（包括项目复盘、专利申请、专项工作开展以及设计规范的修正和讨论等）

1. 本科及以上,机械设计、机械工程、车辆工程、力学等相关专业
2. 掌握理论力学、材料力学、机械设计、制图公差、塑胶 / 钣金基础材料工艺
3. 熟练使用 Creo/UG/SolidWorks 任一三维软件,会 CAD 二维出图；懂仿真、模流优先
4. 有课程设计、机械竞赛、结构相关实习或整机设计项目经验优先
5. 逻辑清晰,细心严谨,具备基础工程思维,良好跨部门沟通与学习能力
6.通过英语四级,能阅读英文图纸资料；有专利、竞赛奖项加分
