Job description

1. 负责提升智驾场景训练数据的自动标注能力；
2. 负责视觉语言模型（VLM/VLA）的后训练调优，持续提升模型的感知与推理性能；
3. 紧密对接智驾应用需求，协助推动关键技术落地，实现模型效果与系统性能的双重提升；
4. 探索多模态融合/基座模型/思维链（CoT/CoC）等在智驾领域中的创新应用，提升复杂场景下的模型推理能力和边界；

1. 教育背景：
计算机科学、人工智能、机器学习或相关领域在读硕士或博士生
2. 能力：
· 扎实的计算机基础和人工智能基础，熟悉Transformer/ViT/LLaVA/Qwen-VL等常见模型架构
· 熟悉lora/SFT/RL等后训练技术
· 具备较强编程能力，熟练使用Python语言和PyTorch深度学习框架
· 能及时同步工作进展
· 具备良好的团队协作和沟通能力
· 有VLM/VLA视觉大模型微调和技术创新经验者优先
