岗位职责：1、全面主持综合店（销售、交付与售后部门）的日常工作，完成门店的销售、交付与售后经营目标；1、主导面试并招聘合适的候选人，帮助综合店实现经营目标；2、领导门店完成销售目标，并负责综合店交付部门完成所在城市所有车辆交付工作的高效完成；3、负责领导售后部门对于客户车辆问题的及时解决，并不断提高客户售后满意度。以及对于车主关系的后续维护；4、控制门店费用，包括人员配备，门店用品、库存管理、服务费用等；5、管理客户满意度，领导综合店为小鹏客户提供出色的服务；6、培训和提升员工技能，坚定地执行公司标准；7、在本地团队中尝试并促进日常工作流程效率改进，与同事和管理层分享成熟的最佳工作方法；8、在与公司内外的人员沟通时，以专业和负责任的方式代表小鹏汽车；9、其他职责：根据业务需要分配的其他相关职责。任职要求：1、8年以上汽车销售行业工作经验，熟悉汽车销售营运工作流程；2、5年以上管理岗位工作经历；3、本科或以上学历，汽车行业相关专业；4、具有较强的管理经验，能凝聚团队力量，共同努力完成经营目标；
