岗位职能职责：
1、完成设备点检、抢修工作，达成月、年度KPI指标；
2、按设备检修计划组织组员完成所辖设备的月度保养项目；
3、设备检查维修和保养，预防设备故障的发生，确保设备稳定；
4、设备责任区的5S执行情况进行确认、检查；
5、追踪设备单机备件卡的更新情况；
6、组内设备故障报告书的追踪、编辑；
8、承接科室安排的关于安全的相关活动及任务；
9、对设备的突发故障抢修，配合工程师事后原因调查及对策实施；
10、生产过程中动态参数记录并形成趋势分析；
11、进行设备的技改大修的实施工作；
职位要求：
1、3年以上汽车行业焊装车间保全工作经验
2、熟悉各类常见焊装设备运行原理，能指导培训他人
3、具备一定的设备故障问题分析与解决能力
4、抗压能力强，适应较长工作时间
5、熟练使用计算机办公软件
