1、本科及以上学历，3年以上显示行业工作经验
2、具备较强的物理光学基础；
3、充分了解不同材质光学膜的性能差异；
4、对光学膜常见品质及制程问题有一定了解；
5、对光学膜厂商产品现状及技术路线有一定了解。
