Job description

1. 为客户诊断激光雕刻打印机硬件/软件故障，提供技术解决方案
2. 编写产品故障处理指南，培训客服团队技术知识
3. 分析产品高频问题，推动研发端迭代优化
4. 处理升级客诉中的技术争议，降低退货率
5. 搭建海外客户技术知识库（FAQ/视频教程等）

1. 本科及以上学历，机械/电子/计算机相关专业优先
2. 英语CET6+优先，能阅读技术文档（有海外技术支持经验优先）
3. 熟悉智能硬件结构（有3D打印/激光设备经验者重点考虑）
4. 逻辑思维强，能用通俗语言解释复杂技术问题
5. 抗压能力强，具备用户同理心，积极主动、认真负责
