We are looking for a technical power user and Zoho expert to revolutionize how we manage and nurture our warm lead pipeline. Your mission will be to transform raw lead data into a seamless, automated conversion engine, ensuring that no opportunity falls through the cracks. Key Responsibilities
- Architect, implement, and maintain complex Zoho CRM configurations tailored to the sales lifecycle.
- Develop and deploy advanced automations, blueprints, and workflows to streamline warm lead management.
- Audit and optimize existing CRM structures to ensure data integrity and peak performance.
- Integrate Zoho CRM with third-party tools and internal systems to create a unified data environment.
- Act as the internal subject matter expert for all things Zoho, troubleshooting technical issues and identifying new features to leverage.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Zoho CRM Specialist or Administrator with deep technical knowledge of the platform.
- Demonstrated ability to build custom automations, Deluge scripts, and sophisticated sales funnels.
- Expert-level understanding of Zoho’s nuances, including modules, layouts, and advanced reporting.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on improving lead conversion through technology.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
