Experienced leader to supervise UniServ Consultants, Organizers and associate staff; lead bargaining and field advocacy programs; develop campaigns; strong communication, strategic planning, mentoring, and technology skills; Bachelor’s required, Master’s preferred.

Experience leading outpatient SUD behavioral health programs, program development and operations, knowledge of Oregon behavioral health regulations and accreditation standards, project/process improvement skills.
