Must be a certified nursing assistant; California applicants must also have HHA certification. Requires CPR, completion of 75 hours training, valid driver and insured vehicle, background check, and ability to provide personal care.
PACSNYSE: PACS: Operates skilled nursing and post-acute healthcare facilities nationwide.
State-licensed CNA required, minimum 10th grade education, CPR preferred. Duties include assisting with personal care, mobility, feeding, documentation, and reporting changes in resident condition.

Completion of a state-approved CNA program and current CNA certification; high school diploma or equivalent; ability to assist with ADLs, ambulation and transfers; basic computer skills or willingness to learn.
