No prior certification required; employer-paid CNA training and certification. Must be eligible to work in the U.S., commit to complete training and obtain Oregon CNA certification, and work at OVH for one year after certification; evening shift availability required after graduation.
Columbia Memorial Hospital: Provides patient-centered medical care and trauma services in Astoria.
Current Oregon CNA certification (OSBN) and American Heart Association BLS required; graduate of a CNA program; acute care experience preferred; ability to lift/transfer patients and communicate in English.
Marquis Companies: Provider of senior living and post-acute healthcare services.
Training program for prospective CNAs; must be ≥17, pass criminal background check, study 2–3 hours nightly, lift up to 40 lbs, be on feet for long periods, and be proficient in English.

Current Oregon RN license and valid CPR, clinical judgment, documentation skills, ability to supervise CNAs, graduate of an accredited RN program (BSN preferred); long-term care experience preferred.
