Board eligible/certified in geriatric medicine, neurology, or hospice and palliative medicine; Arizona medical license and DEA certificate required, with geriatric and dementia care expertise.

High school diploma, Arizona caregiver certification required; CPR/First Aid preferred; experience with elderly/dementia preferred; ability to assist with ADLs, vitals, and documentation.

3+ YOECurrent LPN or RN licensure required, 3+ years related experience, dementia training and First Aid/CPR required, experience with assisted living and medication administration preferred.
Legacy Retirement Residence of Mesa: Provides assisted living and memory care for senior residents.
Experience leading memory care or assisted living, strong dementia-care knowledge, excellent communication, leadership and family-relations skills; assisted living manager/administrator license preferred or willingness to obtain.
Caring Senior Service: Provides non-medical home care services for elderly individuals.
Experience as a caregiver/CNA/PCA/HHA preferred; must be 18+, authorized to work in the U.S., have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license, pass a background check, and understand Alzheimer’s/dementia care.
