2+ YOEActive Illinois RN license, BLS within 30 days, ACLS within 1 year, Associate's degree or HS/GED, minimum 2 years inpatient RN experience; ability to float to multiple units and complete unit competencies.
Villas of Holly Brook: Provides assisted living and memory care services for seniors.
State LPN or RN license required, CPR certification, experience in direct patient care and assessments, ability to work flexible hours including weekends, and completion of state-required training.
BayMark Health Services: Provides medication-assisted treatment and addiction recovery services.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in Illinois; CPR certification; EMR/computer proficiency preferred; experience in chemical dependency preferred; successful drug screen and background check.
