1.5+ YOEBSN-prepared RN licensed in KY and IN, 18 months clinical RN experience, competency in acute/telemetry/transitional care, and completion of preceptorship/orientation.
Community First Solutions: Non-profit provider of senior living and healthcare services.
Active LPN or RN state certification required; provide bedside care, administer medications and treatments, mentor caregivers, collaborate with interdisciplinary team.

Associate's degree/diploma in nursing (BSN required within 5 years), RN license, BLS required, experience in a perinatal unit required; clinical assessment, documentation, and patient care skills.
PriMED Physicians: Independent medical group providing comprehensive primary healthcare services.
LPN/RN or MA required; CPR certification; phlebotomy experience preferred; reliable transportation; EHR and basic computer skills; ability to perform patient rooming, vitals, immunizations, venipuncture, and documentation.
