High school diploma or GED required; First Aid/CPR and overdose prevention training required or obtained upon hire; Driver's license; ability to relate to substance use population; computer/data entry skills.
SSTAR: Provides community-based addiction treatment and primary healthcare services.
2+ YOEHigh school diploma/GED, 2 years healthcare/public health experience, valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, ability to operate outreach van, overdose education/naloxone distribution, data entry and client referrals.

4+ YOELicensed RN or NP with a bachelor\u0002s in nursing, 4+ years working with adults with complex medical/behavioral health needs, experience with homelessness and substance use, supervisory skills, harm reduction and overdose prevention, valid driver\u0002s license and reliable transportation.
