3+ YOEBachelor's in chemical/environmental engineering and 3+ years' experience in wood pellet manufacturing or similar; expertise in process optimization, equipment troubleshooting (hammermilling, drying, pelletizing), project execution, implementing new technology, and rotating machinery troubleshooting.
