Licensed or license-eligible OT; graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program; interest/experience in skilled nursing/geriatric rehab; able to evaluate, document, and develop patient-centered treatment plans.

Certification or completion of O&M intern program or degree in orientation and mobility; ability to evaluate clients, deliver instruction, select travel aids, and monitor progress; must pass criminal and child-clearance checks.
