Bachelor's or Master's emphasizing vision rehabilitation, minimum 350 internship hours under supervision, ACVREP certification or eligibility (to be obtained within one year), and valid driver's license.
VITAS Healthcare: Provides hospice and palliative care for end-of-life patients.
2+ YOEMinimum 2 years' hospice/home health/community health experience in past 5 years; able to lift >20 pounds; vision and mobility requirements noted.

0.25+ YOEHigh school diploma or GED, phlebotomy certification, completed accredited training, or 3 months of phlebotomy experience. Requires customer service, communication, transportation, and color vision testing.

High school/GED, current Florida driver license, ability to stand for extended periods, hold 5lbs, 20/20 vision (with or without correction), speak and understand English, complete post-hire training and observations.

Bachelor's degree, Florida teaching certification, valid Florida driver license, ability to develop and implement IEPs, knowledge of Braille and low-vision aids, ability to supervise assigned personnel and perform occasional heavy lifting.
Current state RN license, ADN required (BSN preferred), CNN/CDN preferred, color vision test and COVID-19 vaccination required; paid training provided; must work rotating, on-call, weekend and holiday shifts in acute hospital units.
