YMCA of the Pikes Peak Region: Providing community-focused health, wellness, and youth development programs.
Minimum age 16. Current WSI or YMCA Swim Instructor or swim lesson experience. Proficient swimming and safety skills, ability to supervise students, and maintain required certifications.
YMCA of Northern Colorado: Provides youth development, childcare, and community fitness services.
Must be at least 16, dependable, positive role model; experience with children preferred. Requires ARC/YMCA First Aid, CPR, and Blood Borne Pathogens within 30 days (training provided).
YMCA of Metropolitan Denver: Operates community centers providing fitness, childcare, and youth programs.
Hold or obtain a nationally recognized group fitness certification or YMCA Instructor Training (≥104 hours teaching), obtain YMCA Orientation to Healthy Living within 90 days, current CPR and Standard First Aid, ability to teach varied class formats and occasionally lift up to 75 lbs.
YMCA of Pueblo: Community non-profit providing fitness, wellness, and youth programs.
Must be 18+, current state-approved First Aid and CPR/AED, national group fitness certification (ACE/NETA/AFAA/NASM or YMCA Foundations). Specialty certifications preferred and ability to teach safely and motivate participants.
EagleVail Metropolitan District: Provides municipal services and recreational amenities for EagleVail residents.
Current lifeguard certification (Red Cross, Ellis, US Coast Guard, or YMCA), CPR and First Aid, pass swim/rescue test, prior lifeguarding experience preferred, ability to run/swim/lift and work outdoors, attend biweekly inservice trainings.
