Your work profile

We are looking for candidates with the following expertise:

• Working understanding of ITIL processes, Dynatrace, and ServiceNow.
• Support application operations, monitoring, and incident management activities in a 24x7 support environment.
• Monitor application performance using Dynatrace and assist in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
• Work with Java-based applications and microservices under the guidance of senior team members.
• Perform testing, debugging, and validation to ensure application stability and performance.
• Provide application support, including issue analysis, defect resolution, and routine maintenance activities.
• Analyze logs, identify root causes, and escalate complex issues when required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery and operational excellence.
• Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes aligned with ITIL best practices.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in application support and software development.

  Key skills required

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in software development, application support, production support, or operations roles.
• Basic understanding of ITIL processes and IT service management concepts.
• Working knowledge of Java and J2EE technologies such as Servlets, JSP, JDBC, JMS, JPA, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Understanding of web services and APIs, including REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
• Familiarity with monitoring and ITSM tools such as Dynatrace and ServiceNow.
• Good troubleshooting and debugging skills with the ability to investigate and resolve application issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work in a hybrid setup, including 24x7 rotational shifts from the Gurgaon client office as required to support operations.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to microservices architecture and cloud-based applications.
• Understanding of ITIL service management principles.
• Experience working in application support, production support, or operations environments.
• Knowledge of incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Experience supporting critical business applications in a 24x7 operational setup.
• Shift Requirement: 24x7 Rotational Shifts as per business requirements.
