Job Profile
Objective:
The engagement requires two Neo4j Data Engineers who together will lead and build MECOE graph data capability for the XMPro MAGS solution, with one acting as the client facing lead responsible for discovery workshops, solution design, graph architecture, governance, integration patterns, and platform decisions across Neo4j Aura and it s integration with Snowflake vector stores, and Azure AI Search, while the second focuses on hands on implementation of the property graph schema, Cypher/APOC/GDS pipelines, ingestion frameworks (ADF/Kafka/Python), CI/CD automation, IaC, security, observability, and performance tuning collectively, they will design and deploy enterprise grade graph models, build scalable pipelines, integrate Snowflake vectors and Azure AI Search into retrieval flows, ensure cost aware and secure managed environments, and deliver production ready graph services that meet XMPro s operational and decision support requirements.
Skill Area:
Deep hands on Neo4j expertise (Aura administration, advanced Cypher, APOC, GDS, indexing/constraints, query plan tuning), property graph data modeling and schema versioning, pipeline engineering with ADF/Spark/Kafka/Python, cloud foundations on Azure (networking/Private Link, Entra ID/SSO, Key Vault), IaC and CI/CD (Terraform/Bicep, GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps), integration patterns that blend Snowflake vector stores with graph traversal. Plus strong consulting skills for client workshops, decision logging, and design authority—ideally complemented by Neo4j/Azure certifications and domain familiarity with industrial assets, telemetry, and maintenance workflows.
