Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding organizational needs and translating them into functional software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the applications support operational goals effectively, while continuously refining and enhancing the software to adapt to evolving business demands. Attention to detail and a focus on delivering reliable, scalable applications are central to daily activities in this position.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of application development with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong experience in designing and developing scalable applications within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment.
- Ability to configure and customize marketing cloud solutions to meet complex business requirements.
- Experience with data integration and automation workflows within marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with managing and optimizing customer journeys and campaign executions.
- Capability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to marketing cloud applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
