Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires engaging with various stakeholders to understand needs, translating those needs into functional applications, and continuously refining solutions to ensure they support organizational goals effectively. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration within a dynamic work environment focused on delivering high-quality software solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
- Document application designs, configurations, and updates to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- Experience in developing and customizing dashboards and reports to provide actionable business insights.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data integration, and transformation techniques within business intelligence platforms.
- Ability to optimize application performance through efficient data handling and query design.
- Familiarity with connecting various data sources and ensuring data accuracy and consistency across reports.
- Skilled in collaborating with business users to translate complex requirements into effective BI solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
