Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires continuous engagement with evolving project needs, ensuring that the applications developed are efficient, scalable, and tailored to support organizational goals. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to understand requirements, refining application features, and ensuring seamless integration within existing systems to enhance overall business performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Must To Have Skill - Bottomline Technologies – Transform Developer (Invoicing)

Design, develop, and configure invoicing data transformation solutions using Bottomline's Transform platform, including mapping, scripting, and workflow setup.
Build and optimize transformations for invoice data across formats such as EDI (810), XML, JSON, CSV, and other structured/unstructured document standards.
Collaborate with business analysts and clients to translate invoicing requirements into robust Transform configurations and custom scripts.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex invoice data transformation issues, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client-specific business rules.
Integrate Transform solutions with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.), procurement platforms, and third-party invoicing systems via APIs and file-based interfaces.
Handle end-to-end invoice processing workflows including validation, enrichment, routing, and delivery of invoice data to downstream systems.
Maintain thorough documentation of transformation rules, field mapping logic, and deployment procedures for invoicing workflows.
Participate in unit, integration, and UAT testing cycles to ensure high-quality, production-ready invoicing transformation deliverables.


Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with back-end development using Java and related frameworks.
- Familiarity with database management and integration techniques.
- Ability to design and implement RESTful APIs and web services.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
