You will also participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices, ensuring that the applications you build are robust and scalable.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of learning.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application features while adhering to quality standards.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
- Strong understanding of web development frameworks and technologies.
- Experience with database management systems and data modeling.
- Familiarity with cloud services and deployment strategies.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
