Job description

职位描述：
1. 瞬曜电子在寻找一位有虚拟化解决方案经验的研发工程师。您将与曜VIP工程师们一起研发验证及硬件加速解决方案。这些解决方案是为高性能计算、图形计算、人工智能、存储系统等领域度身定制。曜VIP是这些方案的重要部分，它提供了具有明显速度优势的验证组件，同时可以部署于硬件加速，为验证硬件设计提供更快、更先进的解决方案。
2. 曜VIP团队的架构师和工程师们拥有丰富并且资深的系统级验证经验、软件经验，以及PCIe, USB, DDR/HBM, AMBA等主流接口协议的研发经验。您将参与研发虚拟化解决方案，让YAO硬件加速产品的用户可以快速搭建起模拟硅后场景的系统级的硅前验证环境。这个岗位的职责将十分具有拓展性，可能会涉及到一些仍处于定义或者早期应用阶段的技术，将会有充分的空间来展现您的创新能力与批判性思维。在瞬曜，我们十分认可并奖励可以形成专利的创新。
3. 参与开发虚拟化解决方案，参与配合曜VIP搭建完整的硬件加速解决方案。

职位要求：
1. 计算机或相关专业本科以上学历，至少三年以上本行业经验；
2. 具有丰富的基于架构文档的软件开发经验；
3. 精通C/C++，算法实现与折衷，面向对象编程；
4. 理解Linux设备结构，Linux源代码编译，静态与动态驱动加载至Linux内核，以及驱动/内核的调试方法；
5. 了解QEMU/KVM等用于硅前嵌入式软件bring up的虚拟化系统的原理，并有使用经验；
6. 熟悉常用脚本语言Shell/Python/TCL；
7. 熟练使用Linux中的IDE，代码调试，profiling，及优化工具；
