Compensation

Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000 per year

Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, specialized skills, geographic location, and internal equity considerations.

About the Opportunity

The Client Solutions Partner owns the front end of the sales process by engaging marketing-generated leads, developing target accounts, conducting discovery conversations with healthcare executives, and converting qualified opportunities into client proposals. This role serves as the primary link between Marketing and Sales by qualifying opportunities, nurturing relationships, and generating a consistent pipeline of qualified proposals that contribute to new business growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct initial, concurrent and retrospective reviews to identify unclear, ambiguous or inconsistent documentation.  Initiates compliant written physician queries and conducts follow up. 
  • Qualify inbound and outbound sales opportunities through research, outreach, and discovery conversations.
  • Conduct discovery meetings with healthcare executives and key decision-makers to identify client needs and business opportunities.
  • Convert qualified opportunities into client proposals and facilitate a seamless transition to the Sales team for continued engagement.
  • Develop and cultivate target healthcare system accounts through strategic prospecting, relationship building, and business development activities.
  • Execute multi-channel business development activities, including email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, phone calls, referrals, conferences, networking events, and strategic partnerships.
  • Build, manage, and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities to support the Company’s revenue growth objectives.
  • Partner with the Marketing team to improve lead quality, lead conversion, and overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and complete customer and opportunity information within HubSpot CRM.
  • Provide market intelligence, buyer feedback to support sales, strategies and marketing initiatives.
  • Stay informed of healthcare industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activity to effectively position the Company’s services.
  • Perform other duties as assigned. 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Three (3) to five (5) years of business development, sales development, pipeline generation, or related experience.
  • Healthcare industry or complex B2B sales experience preferred.
  • Experience using CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot.
  • Experience utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Executive presence with the ability to engage senior healthcare leaders.
  • Strong business acumen and customer-focused mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • High level of professionalism, initiative, and accountability.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
