Your work profile

• Develop frontend UI components and backend services based on technical and functional requirements.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following established coding standards.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Collaborate with QA teams to develop unit tests and resolve defects within defined timelines.
• Implement and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Proactively identify and communicate blockers impacting delivery timelines.
• Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback to improve code quality.

Continuously enhance technical skills and stay current with relevant technologies and frameworks.
Key skills required

• 4-6 years of experience in Full Stack, Frontend, or Backend Software Development.
• Proficiency in React.js and/or Angular, with strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design principles.
• Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Java Spring Boot, Python, or Golang.
• Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases, with basic exposure to NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
• Hands-on experience with Git, including branching strategies, pull requests, and code reviews.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code to accelerate development, code reviews, and test generation.
• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks such as Jest or JUnit.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
