Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Controller with experience in the industrial automation industry.
In this role, you will act as a key financial partner to the business leadership, providing insightful analysis and helping shape strategic decisions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial analysis, and process improvement within the industrial automation industry.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the country area management team to integrate finance into local decision-making processes.
Provide financial support to business leaders through detailed analysis and operational reporting.
Ensure accurate and timely management accounting within the group’s reporting framework.
Prepare profitability reports for customers, projects, and products, offering insights to guide decision-making.
Analyze financial transactions, operational costs, inventories, and other financial aspects to provide recommendations to management.
Assist in the preparation of operating budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Implement approved cost reduction and process improvement programs to enhance operational efficiency.
Conduct local audits and report findings, ensuring compliance with financial and legal policies.
Identify and drive process improvement opportunities by analyzing operational challenges.
Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
CPA designation is a plus.
Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, accounting, or Controller roles.
Experience in the industrial automation industry is required.
Proficiency with SAP, Siebel, or other large ERP systems is highly preferred.
Ability to travel 10-15% of the time.
