A Day in the Life Reporting directly to the CFO in Egypt, you will act as a key strategic partner driving financial planning, compliance, and cash management across our divisions.
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Build budgets and trends aligned with Zone calendars, analyze sales drivers, and deliver simple, impactful recommendations to upper management using tools like i-closing and L'Oréal GPT.
- Financial Control & Systems: Ensure compliance with Group standards and P&L norms, leveraging your accounting foundation and systems expertise (SAP, Magnitude, Compass).
- Cash Flow & Commercial Finance: Manage cash flow positions and working capital variances, while partnering on commercial finance and sales distribution agreements.
We Are Looking For You are an energetic, detail-oriented professional with a strong work ethic and a collaborative mindset. Key skills from our Skills Library:
- Highly experienced in financial controlling within a multinational environment (retail is a plus).
- Expert user of SAP and reporting systems (Magnitude, Compass).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- De-silo mindset to drive cross-functional cooperation and deliver impactful narratives.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
