Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working with modern development frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with different teams and continuous refinement of software elements to enhance performance and functionality are integral parts of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure alignment with business goals and technical standards.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize software development processes and outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Experience in designing and implementing AI-driven software solutions that integrate with existing systems.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative, scalable solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies for AI applications.
- Excellent programming skills in languages commonly used for AI and software development.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Generative AI.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
