Este es un puesto de trabajo remoto.

En Exponential IT creamos soluciones tecnológicas innovadoras que combinan automatización e inteligencia artificial para transformar la forma en que las empresas operan. Estamos en busca de un/a Desarrollador/a Python con experiencia en el diseño y construcción de soluciones con IA para incorporarse a nuestro equipo de desarrollo.

Tu misión será desarrollar e integrar soluciones basadas en modelos de lenguaje, procesamiento de datos, automatizaciones inteligentes y APIs. Participarás en proyectos reales para clientes en LATAM y España, colaborando con nuestro equipo técnico y de consultoría para crear productos funcionales, escalables y de alto impacto.



Requisitos


  • Residencia en Argentina, Colombia o Venezuela.

  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años desarrollando en Python.

  • Conocimiento en al menos una de estas áreas:

    • LLMs (OpenAI, Ollama, HuggingFace, etc.)

    • Procesamiento de lenguaje natural (NLP)

    • Automatización de flujos con APIs

    • Data pipelines y manejo de datos estructurados/no estructurados

  • Familiaridad con herramientas como FastAPI, LangChain, Flask, Supabase, Docker o similares.

  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma, organizada y en equipo.

  • Actitud resolutiva y enfoque práctico en soluciones.

  • Nivel de lectura técnica en inglés (documentación, APIs, modelos).
