Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Développeur(euse) Full Stack souhaitant évoluer dans un environnement collaboratif où les idées sont valorisées et où chaque membre de l'équipe contribue activement à l'évolution du produit.

Votre rôle

En tant que Développeur(euse) Full Stack, vous participerez au développement et à l'amélioration continue de notre plateforme SaaS. Vous travaillerez en collaboration avec une équipe multidisciplinaire afin de concevoir des solutions performantes, évolutives et répondant aux besoins de nos clients.

Vous serez notamment appelé(e) à :

• Concevoir, développer et déployer de nouvelles fonctionnalités.
• Participer aux décisions techniques et à l'évolution de notre architecture logicielle.
• Assurer la qualité, la performance et la stabilité de nos applications.
• Collaborer avec les membres de l'équipe afin de concevoir les meilleures solutions techniques.
• Participer à la planification des sprints et à l'estimation des travaux.
• Réaliser des revues de code et contribuer au partage des connaissances.
• Participer à l'amélioration continue de nos pratiques de développement et de notre environnement CI/CD.
• Utiliser les outils d'intelligence artificielle pour accroître la productivité, améliorer la qualité du développement et favoriser l'innovation.

Utilisation de l'IA dans le recrutement
Dans le cadre de notre processus de recrutement, ce poste peut faire appel à l'intelligence artificielle ou à des outils automatisés pour aider à l'examen et à la présélection des candidatures. Ces outils viennent en appui au jugement humain dans les décisions d'embauche, sans le remplacer.

Rémunération
L'échelle salariale pour ce poste se situe entre 65 000 $ et 100 000 $ CAD. Cette fourchette correspond uniquement au salaire de base et n'inclut aucun autre élément de rémunération. Toute offre est établie en fonction de divers facteurs, notamment, mais sans s'y limiter, l'expérience, les compétences et le lieu de travail.

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who wants to grow in a collaborative environment where ideas are valued and where every team member actively contributes to the evolution of the product.

Your Role

As a Full Stack Developer, you will take part in the development and continuous improvement of our SaaS platform. You will work together with a multidisciplinary team to design high-performing, scalable solutions that meet our clients' needs.

You will be called upon, in particular, to:

• Design, develop, and deploy new features.
• Take part in technical decisions and the evolution of our software architecture.
• Ensure the quality, performance, and stability of our applications.
• Collaborate with team members to design the best technical solutions.
• Take part in sprint planning and work estimation.
• Carry out code reviews and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Take part in the continuous improvement of our development practices and our CI/CD environment.
• Use artificial intelligence tools to increase productivity, improve development quality, and foster innovation.

AI Use in Hiring
As part of our hiring process, this role may use artificial intelligence or automated tools to assist in reviewing and screening applications. These tools support, but do not replace, human judgment in hiring decisions.

Role Type
This is a backfill position.

Compensation
The salary range for this role is CAD $65-100k. This range reflects the base salary only and does not include any other compensation components. Any offers made are dependent on factors including and not limited to experience, skills, and location.

Exigences

• Formation en informatique, en génie logiciel ou expérience équivalente.
• Minimum de 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en développement logiciel.
• Excellente maîtrise de Node.js et React.
• Expérience avec Git et les bonnes pratiques de développement logiciel.
• Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
• Une expérience avec les technologies suivantes constitue un avantage : TypeScript, Docker, AWS, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, , GitLab, Mocha, Puppeteer, Jest, ESLint et Cursor

Requirements

• Education in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in software development.
• Excellent proficiency in Node.js and React.
• Experience with Git and software development best practices.
• Proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written.
• Experience with the following technologies is an asset: TypeScript, Docker, AWS, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, GitLab, Mocha, Puppeteer, Jest, ESLint, and Cursor.
