Acerca del Rol

Buscamos un Full Stack Developer .NET para integrarse al equipo de Chubb Digital Latam, responsable del desarrollo y evolución de APIs y servicios de middleware que impulsan productos digitales en Latinoamérica. Trabajarás sobre plataformas desplegadas en Azure que soportan flujos críticos.

 

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener APIs RESTful con ASP.NET Core (.NET 10) siguiendo arquitectura por capas (Controllers, Services, Repositories).
  • Integrar servicios Azure: Table Storage, Cosmos DB, Service Bus, Key Vault, Blob Storage y Application Insights.
  • Implementar patrones de resiliencia con Polly (retry, circuit breaker) y caché con LazyCache.
  • Desarrollar middleware personalizado: manejo de errores, CORS y telemetría con Application Insights.
  • Participar activamente en sprints SCRUM: planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews y retrospectivas.
  • Gestionar tareas e incidencias en JIRA (Atlassian), documentando criterios de aceptación y seguimiento de bugs.
  • Escribir y revisar consultas SQL para reportes y soporte a procesos de negocio.
  • Colaborar con front-end, QA, arquitectura y producto en entregas continuas sobre ambientes SIT, UAT y PROD.
  • Mantener calidad de código mediante SonarQube, code reviews y estándares de seguridad (OWASP, JWT).

 

Qualifications

Experiencia Requerida

  • 5+ años de experiencia en desarrollo backend con C# y ASP.NET Core.
  • 3+ años trabajando con servicios cloud Azure en entornos productivos.
  • Experiencia comprobable en diseño e integración de APIs REST con versionado.
  • Experiencia con Azure Table Storage u otros NoSQL orientados a clave-valor.
  • Participación en al menos un proyecto de mediana/gran escala bajo metodología SCRUM.
  • Comunicación efectiva en entornos multiculturales (equipo distribuido en Latam).
  • Capacidad para entender dominios de negocio complejos (seguros, productos financieros).
  • Orientación a la calidad: código limpio, seguro y mantenible.
  • Proactividad para identificar deuda técnica y proponer mejoras sin afectar la estabilidad.
  • Trabajo colaborativo en equipos ágiles con entregas frecuentes.
