As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive features that span both the user interface and backend systems. The role requires actively engaging in the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. This position emphasizes delivering innovative solutions that enhance client services by applying modern technologies and adopting a cloud-first, agile approach. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to address complex business challenges and continuously improve system performance is a key aspect of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with team members to design scalable and maintainable software components.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Continuously update knowledge on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance project outcomes.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python Frameworks.
- Experience with backend and frontend development technologies related to Python Frameworks.
- Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
- Ability to work with cloud-based platforms and services in an agile environment.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Competence in debugging, testing, and optimizing code for performance and scalability.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Python Frameworks.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
