You will be part of a dynamic team within the global shared services department, collaborating with various departments on an exciting project involving the roll out of an ordering tool in South-America.
Key Accountabilities

- Maintain weekly contact with each country to follow up on the project plan
- Set and monitor deadlines to collect feedback

- Perform data analysis (e.g. spend, supplier data)
- Support the setup and configuration of the tool
- Contact suppliers and internal stakeholders to gather necessary information
Who are we looking for?
- You have a bachelor or master in Economics, business administration, finance, IT
- You have good communication skills
- You have an analytical mindset
- Good knowledge of Spanish (mandatory) and English, any additional languages are an asset
