We are looking for a Senior or Master Full Stack Developer who can take product requirements, design the technical solution, and build it.
You will own features end to end on a cloud enterprise platform: backend services, APIs, integrations, and React interfaces that support complex business workflows. You will also support the live project — investigating issues, fixing bugs, and keeping the platform running.
This role uses AI intensively in day-to-day work, with judgment: you decide when it helps, review the output, and remain accountable for the result.
What you will do:
- Work with product to understand requirements, then design and implement the solution;
- Build backend services in Python and frontend applications in React;
- Design and maintain REST APIs, data contracts, and integrations with external systems;
- Build resilient systems (async processing, retries, fault tolerance);
- Contribute to the design system, reusable components, and Storybook;
- Use PostgreSQL, Temporal, Docker, and AWS Bedrock;
- Write tests, follow accessibility standards, and keep the UI maintainable;
- Investigate and fix bugs in production and in development;
- Add observability with OpenTelemetry and Grafana;
- Work with Terraform and GitHub Actions for CI/CD;
- Contribute to architecture decisions and help raise engineering standards;
- Use AI tools heavily to speed up design, coding, and troubleshooting — always with review and sound engineering judgment.
Required Qualifications:
- Advanced English;
- Hands-on production experience with both backend and frontend technologies;
- Python (production), REST APIs, Docker, API Gateway, PostgreSQL;
- Event-driven / async processing, message queues, workflow orchestration (e.g. Temporal);
- GitHub Actions, observability (OpenTelemetry, Grafana, or similar);
- React, JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML/CSS, responsive UI, REST integration;
- Storybook, frontend testing with Playwright, Git;
- Knowledge of Terraform and design systems;
- Ability to turn product requirements into a technical design and working software;
- Distributed systems, resilience patterns, auth (OAuth, OIDC, SSO, RBAC);
- Production troubleshooting and bug fixing, accessibility, clear communication;
- Comfortable using AI as a core part of the workflow, with the judgment to validate, correct, and own the output.

Our team develops and operates delivery routing and optimization solutions powered by NVIDIA cuOpt and Azure. These solutions use GPU acceleration to efficiently solve complex routing problems involving thousands of deliveries and operational constraints while supporting production-scale business operations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of NVIDIA cuOpt-based routing and optimization solutions.
- Architect and implement GPU-accelerated applications and services within Microsoft Azure.
- Drive performance tuning across GPU infrastructure, including compute, memory, parallelization, and resource utilization.
- Design scalable, resilient Azure architectures capable of supporting high-volume optimization workloads.
- Establish benchmarking, monitoring, and capacity planning practices for GPU-based services.
- Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, and Platform teams to operationalize routing and optimization solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance, scalability, and infrastructure challenges in production environments.
- Define best practices for GPU acceleration, cloud-native deployment, and cost-efficient scaling strategies.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on NVIDIA technologies, CUDA, high-performance computing, and Azure infrastructure.
Requirements:
Experience with NVIDIA cuOpt: Implementation of routing optimization solutions using cuOpt.
Competence in GPU Computing: Knowledge of CUDA and performance optimization on GPUs.
Microsoft Azure Platform: Ability to architect and implement solutions on Azure.
System Architecture: Creation of scalable and resilient architectures for optimization workloads.
Best Practices in DevOps: Knowledge of CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and configuration management.
Advanced English for conversation is a must.
