The Role and the Team
As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking motivated graduates/early-career professionals to join one of our fastest-growing and most innovative lines of business. This role is designed to provide a strong foundation in both technical and functional domains, with access to mentoring, structured learning, and exposure to real-world product development.
You will join a long-term project focused on the development of an innovative low-code integration platform powered by Java and Spring Boot. The platform enables organizations to connect disparate systems, transform data across multiple formats, and design complex integration workflows using configurable connectors, mapping tools, and a proprietary DSL, significantly reducing development effort and accelerating delivery.
You will work closely with experienced engineers, gaining hands-on experience while developing a solid understanding of our platform and technology stack. You will progressively contribute to design and development activities, building your confidence and expertise over time.

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of core features and services of the low-code development platform under the guidance of senior team members.
- Collaborate closely with the product and development teams to understand user needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and learn best practices for writing clean, maintainable, and high-quality code.
- Troubleshoot and support the resolution of application issues, with coaching and support from the team.
- Actively engage in learning opportunities, including training, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and demonstrate curiosity, accountability, and a willingness to grow.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.
- Experience: Up to 2 years of experience (including internships or academic projects). Any experience with automated testing frameworks, system monitoring tools, R&D environments and/or low-code/no-code platforms would be considered a strong asset.
- Technical skills:
- Basic to solid understanding of Core Java and J2EE technologies.
- Familiarity with Spring Framework and Spring Boot is an advantage.
- Understanding of REST API concepts.
- Exposure to frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Svelte) or willingness to learn.
- Soft skills: Ability to write clean, maintainable unit tests (JUnit). Strong willingness to learn, problem-solving mindset, good communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Systems knowledge: Basic understanding of relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL), software engineering best practices, design patterns, clean code principles and software development principles.
- Languages: Excellent English communication skills for global stakeholder interaction; French and/or any European language would be considered an asset
- Global Operations: Ability to work across global time zones when required
