Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in full-lifecycle SAP deployment (S/4HANA or ECC 6.0 migration) as a project manager, lead analyst, or stream lead.
Preferred qualifications:
- Practical exposure to core SAP Finance (FI/CO) or Logistics (MM, SD, or EWM) business processes.
- Solid working knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira).
- Understanding of standard SAP project phases and delivery frameworks (e.g., Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall).
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day project delivery using the SAP activate methodology across all phases by managing project schedules, WBS, resource planning, and driving action items to completion.
- Partner with ASCII, Finance, and Logistics leads to facilitate requirement workshops, resolve cross-functional bottlenecks, and oversee design, testing (System Integration Testing (SIT)/User Acceptance Testing (UAT)), and cutover readiness.
- Maintain the RAID log, evaluate scope change requests, escalate critical blockers to leadership, and support OCM initiatives including end-user training, documentation, and UAT.
- Align daily deliverables with external consultants and System Integrator (SI) teams while providing concise status reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to project sponsors.
