Position Description:
The Technical Solution Architect will lead the design and delivery of integrated Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, with a strong focus on Finance & Operations (F&O), Intelligent Order Management (IOM), Inventory Visibility (IV), and Dual-write. This role is critical in demonstrating and implementing real-time, end-to-end business scenarios across ERP and connected systems.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Architect end-to-end solutions centered on F&O, IOM, and IV
• Design and demonstrate Dual-write scenarios between F&O and Dataverse/CRM
• Lead solution demos showcasing real-time order orchestration and inventory insights
• Define integration and data flow architecture across systems
• Ensure scalability, performance, and data consistency across platforms
• Provide technical leadership across implementation and demo environments
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, with 5+ years specializing in Finance & Operations (F&O) architecture and delivery
• Proven experience delivering integrated F&O + IOM + IV solutions
• Hands-on expertise with Dual-write configuration and troubleshooting
• Experience leading client demos or solution showcases
• Strong understanding of order-to-cash and inventory processes
CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $115,000–$165,000. This role is a future opportunity.
