Position Description:
We are looking for a .NET Full Stack Developer to work with a larger team in the application maintenance and application development space for a reputed North American Life Insurance client. The team consists of 100+ technical professionals supporting technologies such as Mainframe, Java, .NET, Sitecore, SharePoint, Informatica, and more.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain web applications using .NET technologies.
• Design and implement front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code.
• Use AI tools such as GitHub Copilot to improve development efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Work independently with limited supervision.
• Provide design specifications and task estimates.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver within timelines.
• Learn new technologies based on project requirements.
• Follow Agile methodology.
• Support application maintenance and application development.
• Participate in a 24x7 on-call support rotation (one week every six weeks).
• Learn and support COTS products supported by the team.
• Perform analysis, design, and development activities following defined processes.
• Focus on automation, optimization, and continuous improvements.
• Identify gaps and suggest solutions to improve application stability.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Must-Have Skills
• 3–8 years of experience in Full Stack .NET development.
• Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, APIs/Web Services.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Experience with SQL Server.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Good understanding of SDLC.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Good-to-Have Skills
• Experience with Azure App Services and Azure Functions.
• Experience working in Agile.
• Understanding of the Life Insurance domain.
