Senior Python Engineer
Gorilla Logic is looking for multiple Python backend application developers with 5+ years of experience. This role will be responsible for the backend development activities that will enable the vision and value our clients want to create. You will participate as a member of an Agile development team. Responsibilities
- Responsible for backend development of web (and/or mobile) applications.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and support production code.
- Responsible for APIs and backend services that enable the application.
- Responsible for building and maintaining production applications.
- Excellent communications skills required.
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Technical Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of backend development experience
- 3+ years of Python specific back-end development experience
- Experience with Python development frameworks like Django or Flask
- Experience with the development and integration of APIs and microservices
- Experience in development using SQL databases
- Experience with Agile and CI/CD best practices
- Conversational English Level
Bonus Skills
- Cloud development experience with AWS, Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform.
- Prior frontend development experience.
