Python Full Stack Developer | Asyncio, Cloud & CI/CD

Job Summary
Synechron is seeking an experienced Python Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable distributed systems. This role focuses on Python-based backend development, performance optimization, and robust CI/CD/instrumentation, with collaboration across product, data, and infrastructure teams to deliver secure, high-quality software aligned with business objectives.

Software Requirements
 

Essential

• Proficiency in Python and asynchronous programming (Asyncio, Multithreading)

• Mastery of object-oriented programming (OOP) and memory management

• Expertise in building scalable distributed systems and integrating with modern back-end services

• Experience implementing production-grade security, encryption, and secrets management across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake)

• Version control (Git) and strong collaboration practices

• Experience with CI/CD, testing (pytest), and type safety (mypy)

Preferred

• Experience with AI/ML data pipelines and workflows

• Familiarity with front-end integration concepts (REST APIs)

Overall Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable Python-based distributed systems

• Drive performance optimization and memory-aware engineering for cost efficiency

• Establish and maintain production-grade CI/CD pipelines, testing, and type safety

• Collaborate with product, data, and infrastructure teams to align solutions with strategy

• Lead architecture and code quality discussions; mentor junior engineers

• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends; apply where beneficial

• Document designs, standards, and best practices for knowledge sharing

Day-to-Day Activities

• Develop and maintain Python-based backend services and distributed components

Qualifications

• Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• Certifications: Relevant cloud or AI certifications are a plus

• Equivalency: Relevant hands-on experience may be considered in place of formal degrees
