Worldwide BDC is hiring driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our fast-growing automotive call center marketing team. If you enjoy starting conversations, building relationships, and hitting goals, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Make warm outbound calls to qualify and engage prospects
Build rapport and set appointments or sales opportunities
Promote products and services while driving pipeline growth
Collaborate with a high-energy team to exceed performance targets
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
SDR, BDR, sales, or customer service experience (preferred, not required)
English required; bilingual Spanish is a plus
Comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
