As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will design and deliver scalable, high-performance software supporting complex enterprise workflows in the aviation technology space.
You will work across modern frontend experiences, backend services, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure to build reliable production-grade applications.
The role combines hands-on engineering with end-to-end feature ownership and close collaboration across product and engineering teams.
You will help transform complex operational requirements into secure, intuitive, and scalable digital solutions used by global aviation organizations.
Your work will contribute directly to improving operational efficiency, fleet management, and intelligent aircraft maintenance.

Accountabilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure full-stack applications and microservices capable of supporting complex enterprise workflows.
- Build modern, responsive frontend applications using JavaScript or TypeScript and frameworks such as React or Angular, with an emphasis on reusable and maintainable components.
- Develop high-performance backend services, RESTful APIs, and data-driven integrations that support critical business processes.
- Design and optimize relational databases, data models, and SQL queries to maximize application performance, reliability, uptime, and scalability.
- Own features throughout their lifecycle, from technical design and implementation through testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, engineers, and other cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Contribute to scalable cloud architectures and infrastructure, including deployment and management of applications in AWS environments.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices to improve development quality and delivery speed.
- Apply sound software architecture principles, distributed systems concepts, and containerization practices to build resilient applications.
- Help identify technical risks and opportunities for improving system performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
- 5–7+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development, with a proven track record of delivering production-grade enterprise applications.
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript, with strong hands-on experience using modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
- Solid backend development experience with Node.js, Java, .NET, or Python; strong Java experience is preferred.
- Expert-level SQL skills and practical experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Strong cloud engineering experience, including hands-on experience building and operating scalable applications on AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS.
- Deep understanding of software architecture patterns, distributed systems, microservices, and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience developing secure, reliable, and scalable enterprise software in production environments.
- Strong understanding of automated testing, CI/CD, and modern software development practices.
- Ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive technical work while collaborating effectively with product and engineering teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with advanced English proficiency.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment.
- Experience working in aviation, MRO, ERP, fleet management, or other enterprise operations environments.
- Familiarity with real-time data processing, streaming architectures, or IoT systems.
- Knowledge of advanced DevOps practices and experience with data analytics, reporting, or visualization tools.
- Experience developing software within compliance-driven or regulated environments.
- Fully remote work from Mexico as part of a broader Latin American remote engineering environment.
