We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer who doesn’t just ship features, but takes ownership of building scalable internal products end-to-end, from architecture and cloud infrastructure to intuitive user interfaces, helps shape what gets built next, understands how technical decisions impact business growth, and turns complex operational challenges into simple, AI-powered solutions.
What You’ll Do:
Building and evolving the internal products and platforms that power our business, from AI agents and automation systems to operational tools and entirely new products built from scratch;
Working primarily with TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL, and Google Cloud Platform, while confidently building and maintaining React/Next.js front-end applications when needed;
Designing scalable architectures, APIs, and systems that enable our teams to move faster and launch new ideas with confidence;
Using AI as a core part of your day-to-day engineering workflow to build faster, solve problems more efficiently, and continuously improve how we work;
Taking full ownership of projects from identifying opportunities and designing technical solutions to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvements;
Building AI-powered tools and integrations that improve workflows, decision-making, and operational efficiency across the company;
Writing high-quality, maintainable code, improving testing, reliability, and engineering standards across our products.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong experience building modern full-stack applications, with a primary focus on Node.js, NestJS, and TypeScript;
Solid experience with React or Next.js and confidence building polished, production-ready user interfaces - not just APIs;
Experience designing scalable architectures and building reliable systems that support business-critical applications;
Strong understanding of databases, API design, cloud infrastructure, system performance, monitoring, and production reliability;
Experience working with cloud platforms, ideally Google Cloud Platform (GCP);
A proactive self-starter who takes ownership, works autonomously, manages priorities effectively, and consistently delivers without close supervision;
Curiosity to explore new technologies, experiment with AI, and continuously improve the way we build software;
Fluency in English and Lithuanian.

Gross salary: up to 5500-8000 Eur/Gross, based on your previous experience, we can be flexible;
