Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our team, where our primary focus is developing AI agents, as well as the backend and frontend for related applications. With 20+ agents launched, we accelerate innovation across critical industries. You'll work in a high-impact, high-autonomy environment, taking projects from concept to production.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implementation of backend and full-stack applications, AI agents and platform components
  • Development of developer tooling, CI/CD and observability for safe, fast iteration
  • Application of secure SDLC and privacy-by-design practices
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
  • Use of current LLM patterns (RAG, retrieval, routing, tool-use, evals) to deliver reliable, efficient AI systems

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
  • Strong skills in full-stack development
  • Expertise in building AI agents with TypeScript, .NET or Go
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP
  • Proven track record delivering secure, reliable, cloud-native systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to have

  • Experience with LangChain/LangGraph, vector/RAG systems or OpenSearch
  • ML experience including training, deployment and monitoring
  • Understanding of LLMs, fine-tuning and model adaptation

Salary range €4.6K-€5.5K gross, based on your experience and interview results.
