-Lead the architecture and implementation of complex Full Stack features across EXPOSE and SEARCH.
-Own the IAM and SSO strategy, including Okta Authorization Server design, OIDC flow architecture, and access control.
-Define frontend engineering standards for React.js, including authentication patterns, state management, and performance optimization.
-Drive technical discussions with architects.
-Produce Architecture Decision Records and contribute to long term technical roadmaps.
-Identify and resolve performance, scalability and security issues across the full technology stack.
-Lead code reviews and promote quality automation using SonarQube and Snyk.
-Mentor junior and mid level engineers.
-Produce comprehensive technical documentation, runbooks and onboarding materials.
-Strong experience in Full Stack development with Java and React.js.
-Deep knowledge of IAM architecture, SSO, Okta, and OIDC.
-Proven ability in software architecture and making technical decisions.
-Technical leadership and mentoring experience.
-Previous experience as a Technical Lead or Software Architect.
-Advanced knowledge of Okta Authorization Server design.
-Experience with multi brand or multi tenant access control.
-Previous experience working with international architecture teams.
