Job description

1.数据洞察与市场分析：搭建数据分析体系，掌握内外信息，协助业务团队发现机会与识别挑战，制定策略规划。
2.指标定义与目标拆解：细化指标定义，拆解目标，形成方案，跟踪业绩达成情况，预警风险，提升转化率与人效。
3.重大项目与资产管理：规范重大项目管理，跟踪进展，分析丢赢单原因，管理商务部资产。
4.商务运营与协同提效：支持商务流程，提升业务从订单获取到回款之间的运营效率，参与流程设计，培养人才，经验拉通分享。
5.全链路过程管理：确保销售预测准确率，协同落地管理制度，强化经营意识，优化并落地管理规则和机制。

1.5 年以上 To B/G 销售及销售运营经验
2.本科及以上学历，数学、统计、经济等专业优先，善数据分析及规律总结，熟练使用 SQL、数据可视化工具优先，英语听说读写流利
3.独立思考及分析问题能力，为业务部门提供策略参考和决策依据，支持业务 leader 完成目标设置与分拆，搭建机制；
4.出色沟通能力及团队合作精神，能落地实施并处理问题，提高效率；
5.结合业务持续优化运营策略与微创新
