Job description

En Workana, estamos en la busqueda de un/a Desarrollador/a Fullstack Semi-Senior para uno de nuestros clientes en LATAM. El proyecto, centrado en el sector fintech, involucra el desarrollo de APIs y aplicaciones utilizando Node.js, PostgreSQL, React Native y Next.js.

Buscamos un perfil técnico sólido, con mindset de producto y ganas de construir soluciones escalables en un entorno dinámico.

Responsabilidades:

  • 60% Back-end: Desarrollar y mantener APIs en Node.js.
  • 40% Front-end: Desarrollar aplicaciones web con Next.js y móviles con React Native.
  • Diseñar e integrar bases de datos en PostgreSQL.
  • Integrar APIs de KYC, banca y criptomonedas.
  • Implementar medidas de seguridad y automatización de procesos financieros.
  • Realizar pruebas, debugging y optimización de código.
  • Asegurar buenas prácticas de desarrollo y escalabilidad.
  • Trabajar en conjunto con diseño y producto para asegurar una buena experiencia de usuario.

Requisitos:

  • Mínimo de 4 años de experiencia en desarrollo fullstack.
  • Experiencia comprobable con Node.js, PostgreSQL, React Native y Next.js.
  • Conocimiento de APIs RESTful y WebSockets.
  • Experiencia trabajando con bases de datos relacionales y no relacionales.
  • Deseable: Experiencia previa en fintech, blockchain, o sistemas de pagos.
  • Buena comunicación para trabajar con equipos multidisciplinarios.
  • Proactividad para proponer mejoras técnicas y optimizar procesos.
  • Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y alineación con objetivos de negocio.
  • Mentalidad resolutiva y adaptación a entornos ágiles y cambiantes.
  • No requiere inglés.

Condiciones contractuales:

  • Modalidad: 100% remoto.
  • Jornada: Tiempo completo (8h día).
  • Compensación: hasta 1.900 USD mensuales.
  • Tipo de contrato: Contrato de Prestación de Servicio a través de Workana.
  • Duración: 12 meses, con posibilidad de renovación basado en buen desempeño.
