Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- 5 years of experience working with data center or other mission critical equipment/environments.
- 5 years of experience managing process improvement or construction programs in an environment.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of large-scale mission critical facility’s electrical and mechanical infrastructure systems.
- Excellent requirements gathering, resource organization, task prioritization, scheduling, and goal attainment skills.
- Ability to travel is needed.
- Attention to detail and heightened capability of follow-through, update to conditions previously reported to business leadership.
- An ideal candidate would have managed and executed projects, served in a program role supporting back office operations and experience working across various stakeholders and teams.

As a Data Center Delivery and Engineering (DCDE) Central Operations Team Technical Program Manager, you will be deeply involved in multiple strategic and tactical programs focused on improving our data center planning and execution. You will act as an interface between the construction site leads and our internal partners, internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure improvement initiatives are supported. Additionally, you will organize and manage program initiatives through completion including successfully delivering and communicating to the business operational improvements, Machine Learning progress, and project delivery learnings/policy updates. Responsibilities
- Participate in and create a program initiative charter, working with internal stakeholders to strategize, plan, and prioritize objectives and success criteria, estimate task durations, and ensure schedules and dependencies are aligned and support those objectives.
- Seek approval of the program initiative and support requests. Work with teams to identify resources best suited to participate and contribute to an initiative project.
- Manage, monitor and communicate progress, risks, and mitigations of the project initiative during the development and execution phase.
- Ensure prior to completion of the initiative, that all goals and objectives of the initiative are met with clear implementation strategy, quantifiable impacts to the site teams and recorded risks.
- Develop communication and roll out strategy to both management and execution teams including training, direct engagement and general awareness notifications. Reporting on ML progress, mitigations, and learnings.
